Using Entourage for Mac OS X
Please use the following instructions to set up your email account. If you do not use one of the listed mail clients, please make similar settings in your mail program.
1. Select Accounts from the Tools menu.
2. Click Accounts at the top of the window.
3. Click the New button at the top left.
4. For Account Type, select POP.
5. Enter the following information:
Account Settings
| Account Name: | Enter whatever you wish here |
| Personal Information | |
| Name: | Enter your full name as you'd like it to be displayed in your emails |
| E-mail address: | Enter your ENTIRE email address (Example: info@longtermsolutions.com) |
| Receiving mail | |
| Account ID : | Enter your ENTIRE email address (Example: info@longtermsolutions.com) |
| POP Server | mail.longtermsolutions.com |
| Password | Enter your assigned password |
| Sending mail | |
| SMTP server: | mail.longtermsolutions.com |
6. Click Click here for advanced sending options at the bottom of the window.
7. Check SMTP server requires authentication, and leave the first option selected ("Use same settings as receiving mail server")
8. Close the window, then click OK in the main window. You're done.
